The Hines Law Firm handles injury cases on a “contingent fee” or a percentage basis.  This means that if there is no recovery in the case, then the client does not owe any attorney’s fees. This also means that the client will not have to pay any retainer up front and will not have to pay attorney’s fees by the hour as the case goes on.  The client may be responsible for costs or expenses at the end of the case. We will explain how costs or expenses will be handled in each individual case.  The actual terms of our representation would be expressed and agreed upon in a written contract with our client.  We will explain these terms and answer any questions you may have before the written contract is signed.
